By accessing or using SeasonFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SeasonFlow is a mobile application designed to help athletes plan and track their racing season across triathlon, running, and trail running disciplines. The App provides:

• Event/race tracking and organization
• Coaching insights based on your schedule
• Timeline visualization of your season
• Multi-language support (English, French)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content

4.1 Your Data

• You retain all rights to the data you create in the App
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the App to:

• Store illegal or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or malicious code

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Settings screen.

10. Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

11. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated through the App or email
